You need a cable or Bluetooth interface.
Find out what e-mail on your phone - your yournumber@mobile.att but usually they are called, to be sure. Then you simply send an e-mail.
You can use your phone on your desktop to connect via a cable or Bluetooth. After connection you can transfer files to copy / paste into the appropriate folder.
Use a Bluetooth headset or by e-mail, but it might be too big.
