use. is also a barrier to moisture.
If you must use it. Serves as a vapor barrier, and I am sure that your concrete is not closed. Fiber Glulam is invalid, and the humidity makes the shaft. I have 500 yards and very large in a leak in one place - it swelled up. With the vapor barrier and tape the seams. But if your concrete floor is a cellar, probably no moisture problems. But it is providing a slab floor in contact with soil, that there is a vapor barrier under it. Better safe than sorry.
You are absolute. You need a protective coating between Concrete and tips to conserve moisture. And can the deficiencies in the underlying uniformity of the plate to solve and write-downs of steps, which is a common complaint, with a laminate floor.
I connected a few links below that should be useful for you.
Good luck with your installation!
I install rolled to live .... If you need the base layer, and should be on each sheet that serves multiple purposes of work
