Bodybuilding Magazine Covers Am I Too Old To Start Seriously Bodybuilding?

Am I too old to start seriously bodybuilding? - bodybuilding magazine covers

I am 22, almost 23 and very thin. It's hard for me to gain weight and I really wanted to start weight training for some time, but it seems that all professionals who have these great physicists have done since you are like 14 or something like that.

I am 6-8 years ago, there was nobody in the world of fitness or bodybuilding, which honestly, if someone could tell me that "fact" began on the cover of magazines or competitions by 22?

I grew tall, 5'11''strong not start lifting until the age of 22 (currently 25) and EUR 150 kg to 205 @ increases. I could go more if I wanted, but the greater weight more slowly than you are, and harder on the knees.

It all started when I was 22 years, and I'm 23 now and I can see the difference, I'm just a hobby, but bodybuilders
